These terms apply to your use of cash4carsca.com (the "site"), run by Cash For Cars ("we," "us" or "our"), 9943 Garden Grove Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92844. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site does

The site lets you ask for an offer to sell your vehicle to us or trade it in. Sending the form does not create a sale, a contract, or any obligation for you or for us.

Offers

• Any offer we give before seeing your vehicle is based on the information you provided and is not final.
• A final price depends on an inspection of the vehicle, its condition, mileage, equipment, title status and any liens, and on the vehicle matching the information you gave us.
• If what we find differs from what you told us, we may change or withdraw the offer.
• Offers expire after the time we state, or after 7 days if we do not state a time, because vehicle values change.
• A sale is final only when both sides sign the purchase paperwork and payment is made.
• You are free to accept, negotiate or turn down any offer at no cost.

Beating another offer

If you have a higher offer for the same vehicle, show it to us and we'll beat it. To qualify, the other offer must be in writing, current, for the same vehicle in the same condition, and from a licensed dealer or established car-buying business. We decide whether an offer qualifies.

What you agree to

• You will give us true and complete information about yourself and your vehicle.
• You own the vehicle or have the legal right to sell it, and you will tell us about any loans or liens.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will not use the site to send spam, false information, harmful code, or automated requests, or try to break into or disrupt the site.

Contact by phone, text and email

If you agree on the form, you allow us to contact you about your vehicle by phone call, text message and email, including by automated means, at the number and address you give us. Agreeing is not required to sell your car. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing at any time.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Site content

The site's text, design, logo and graphics belong to Cash For Cars or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse the content without our written permission. Links to other websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will always be available, error-free or secure.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cash For Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. These limits do not apply to the terms of a signed vehicle purchase agreement, which has its own terms, or to anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
